Radial Pin Out Kit to suit ground radials for vertical antenna installations comprising of:
- 260 grams (average) 200 x 2 inch (50 mm) pins
NOTE: These are actually measured in weight, so you may be one or two more or less.
We used to pack 100 x 2 inch and 25 x 4-inch pins but to be frank, the 4-inch are a waste since the 2-inch pins work just as effectively for radials and this way you get more pins.
Suggest creating a loop at the end of your radial and place one pin here.
For intermediate placing, place up to eight of these pins along the radial to compensate for undulating ground and eliminating trip hazards.
Properly used, your radials will quickly disappear in time for the next lawn cut.
These pins will degrade naturally in around 18-24 months.
