In plain english, in the year of use, if your DX Commander antenna support develops a fault, we’ll replace it FOC. Just send your old aerial support back and we’ll ship you a new one to you. This assumes you have initially supported the pole in a recommended manner, either with an approved guy point just above the first section, and that your grounded guy points have not failed – or via a 44mm internally sleeved mounting pole that has at least 30 cms internal support and have taken precautions against storms. Just email us, receive a returns number and send it back to us. We’ll send you a new one by return.
